Welcome to the website for Stonington Homeowner's Association in Port Jefferson Station!
As a premier Suffolk County, NY condominium community, Stonington was built in 1997 and features well-maintained grounds with luscious green grass and ponds with spraying fountains for a relaxing view of the water. With 170 units, our residents have access to a Clubhouse, outdoor swimming pool, tennis, and fitness center. Homeowners and guests can enjoy the community amenities and often enjoy walking their pet within the community. The different layouts of the condo units within Stonington provide a variety of sizes and styles to make our community feel like home.
Our residents are invited to communicate and interact on our new website to access documents, forms, Board member names and Property Management contact information, along with receiving other relevant community information.

Work Orders
Your request will be assigned a ticket number and the property manager will be notified of your request. You can view your personal work orders and update staff by adding a note to the ticket.
